Learn how to set up and use Stocktaken effectively

Create an account with your email and a secure password. You’ll receive a confirmation link—click it to activate your account and log in to Stocktaken.

Upon first login, Stocktaken provides a default inventory table. You can use it immediately or customize your workflow by creating new tables—define columns and naming to suit your needs.

Select your table and click “Add New Entry.” Fill in the date, quantities (bought, sold), and optional remarks. Your entry will update the stock balance and summary totals automatically.

Admin users can create multiple sales accounts (salespersons), each with its own login. Salespersons can add stock entries but cannot delete or edit others’ entries. Admins retain full edit/delete rights.
